BES&T Awarded 6th Patent for SigmaCommissioning Technology 

I am proud to announce that BES&T has been awarded our sixth Patent. Our work has now resulted in more Patents for pre-commissioning than any other company in the history of our industry segment.

In 2003, we set out to provide the industry with more advanced pre-commissioning techniques, equipment, and people than had been available in the past 45 years. Since then, over 150 projects in 30 countries across 5 continents have been completed using BES&T patented equipment and technologies. While this alone is a remarkable achievement, those 150 projects were completed for only 40 clients, demonstrating beyond a doubt the value of the patents to those clients, many of whom chose to use our services time and again.

However, patents themselves do not create value. Tools alone don’t solve industry challenges. It is our people who create value and drive innovation. The value of our new ideas is realized by the OEMs we work with, who review and approve our new technologies. It is realized by the owners of the projects, and their contractors, who work together to advance goals and lower overall costs during the project. And it is realized by the people who review our tools, work with us to create new strategies, and then apply and deploy those techniques in the field to finish the job.
